The Weston Stainless Steel Cone Strainer and Pestle Set includes the stainless steel cone strainer, stainless steel support stand, and solid-wood pestle. It's ready to use out of the box to mash and sieve soft foods to a fine, smooth consistency. It's perfect for making apple sauce, berry jams, tomato puree, mashed potatoes, and many other foods. Use the pestle to mash and press cooked foods like tomatoes, grapes, apples and potatoes through the strainer.
