I bought this swaddle for my babe at 6 weeks after reading about it in the book. We followed the routine recommendations with a velcro swaddle until it delivered. The recommended routine got us to about 4AM with overnight sleeping. But once the swaddle came in and we got the hang of the technique, we saw an immediate change in stretches of sleep. At 8 weeks babe sleeps from 9P-6A. If for some reason he does escape overnight, I wrap him back up and he&#;s back asleep as soon as I put him back down in the bassinet. I highly recommend for a good nights sleep!
