Magnesium oxide is a white powder or granular material, which is obtained by bringing about a chemical reaction. Magnesium oxide is practically insoluble in water. It is, however, easily soluble in diluted acids. Magnesium oxide is available in different bulk weights and particle sizes (fine powder to granular material).
